All good, always.....
My husband and I were pleased that the attendants were being attentive to dogs they were assigned to watch. Maybe they have pets of their own so they treat the campers like their own with love and respect. We saw on some video cams how they try to make sure dogs don’t fight. The place is organized. I myself highly recommend this place to pet parents who want peace of mind while they are away.
Thanks for that peace of mind and for knowing that our dog was taken good care of. Thanks also for quickly assessing that our Bowie was really a good dog and not the bully that we thought he was.
Everything!!! The staff is amazing and they take such great care of the dogs. When my Bostie started going, she was very nervous and they took such care to give her a little extra attention until she was comfy.
I see consistency in the staff (faces, friendliness, dog loving) which I feel is important for trusting my dog’s care in. My dog has separation anxiety and bringing her to camp to play with other dogs and get affection from staff seems to always help alleviate that when I have to leave her. It’s a safe, clean environment and My dog always has a great day/stay at camp bow wow
We feel the staff does a great job looking after our pup. They are very accommodating, he is very high energy and excitable and they know how to deal with him.
Associates are friendly and I know my dog has a good time while at camp. She is always happy.

Extremely friendly and helpful service. This is a true family business that cares. My wife and I have had some unusual health issues and they have always gone above and beyond to accommodate our Koda's needs.

It's obvious to me that everyone at Camp Bow Wow love our furry, four-legged friends! I totally trust them to love and care for Clover and Bean. Clover and Bean get so excited when I tell them that's where we're going. The both practically drag me into Camp Bow Wow.
Staff is great our dog Maggie loves visiting Camp Bow Wow.
I feel safe having Nikki at Cuyahoga Falls Camp Bow Wow! Nikki has multiple health care issues, and Camp Bow Wow management and counselors are aware and follow her special needs.
The staff at Camp Bow Wow is amazing! So friendly and our fur baby is always happy to see them! The facility is so clean too. Love them!
Staff is friendly, no bureaucracy on checking in/out, clean facility and my dog loves the place!!
I love the attentiveness and friendliness of the staff. The facility is very clean and I always feel safe with my pup there. I also LOVE the pictures you can add on during some days. I only gave 9 stars because you have to book daycare appointments 2-3 weeks in advance (or more) and this proves difficult at times with a changing schedule.

The location, friendly & cheerful staff members, love the groomers, cameras so you can watch your pup while playing, the camp is very clean & organized, the trainers are excellent as well as the managers plus my pups get a day full of exercise. Also, the pricing is reasonable & caregivers will come to your home to help when needed. Home Buddies are wonderful!
We love this camp bow wow. They take special care with our babies. I have an older rescue with some issues and two little lovable ones. My large rescue does not like that we leave him and is iffy with new people. They take so much care and patience with him and have never refused him. They see he's good if you get into his circle and take the time to do so. I love this place and absolutely recommend to everyone.

The staff are so friendly and wonderful. I love that the dogs get to play a good part of the day and I can log into the app and check in on them to see on camera.

I like that there are cameras so I can check on Sami anytime. The staff is alway very nice and helpful. I love the photo days, the pups look so happy.
Kurt, the groomer is the best we've had for Sable from Georgia to Arizona. She helps us with all concerns and questions.

They are friendly and make Rocki happy. They also wipe her feet which makes me happy. This is one place I don't have to worry about while I am out of town.
