The best thing about Camp Bow Naples is That I can leave my dog there and know that she is a safe their issues in my own home. The staff are all so loving and affectionate toward the dogs it just gives me a great sense of confidence. I love that I can leave my dog at Camp Bow Wow while out of town on business knowing she will get plenty of exercise and she loves all of the staff. I don’t have to worry because I know she is in good hands.

Dexter’s been going to a Camp Bow Wow since he was 6-7 months old (coppell first, now grapevine). The things I like the most about your services are:
1) the team—everyone knows Dexter and genuinely seem to be dog people
2) the hours (are amazing) and consistent! I checked when I was on travel for work and just like clockwork, he was in the play yard at 7AM
3) All day play, anyone? Again, there are time I checked and he was still out at 6:59PM...
4) and how am I able to check? easy to access, free app viewing of multiple cameras for me to see how he’s doing
5) my boy frequently needs a lot of extra help... and when I call about his meds or his collar or just to hear how he’s doing, I get the right person and they check before telling me “oh yeah, he’s had meds” (unless they’re the ones who administered them.)
6) you give back by fostering a dog in need
7) business owners that care about their customers
8) hooray for the new grapevine location! Less than 15 minutes away and super easy to get to the airport.
Everything! I don't have to choose a play time and my pups can just run around.

Really liked the friendly, businesslike and professional attitude of the staff. It was very reassuring to be able to watch how our dogs were evaluated and how they behaved via the cameras as well as the tour of the facilities. The dogs clearly loved their trial play experience and this was also very reassuring to my anxious parent self!

I dropped my two labs off for the first time at Camp Bow Wow yesterday and I could tell they had a lot of fun! I was able to watch from the cameras and see how well they were being taken care of. I also loved the folder with their new camper certificates and cards about their day! I can’t wait to take them back!
