The variety of activities and services. Staff that treat you and your dog like friends. Camera access. Ease of booking and payment. Lots of reasons!

Our two dachshunds have a wonderful time at Camp Bow Wow. We are able to check in on them from across the world. The workers seem to really know them every time we bring them to stay.

One thing that could be improved is the app. Specifically the video section. It would be better if I could choose the "default" camera to open first. Or at least default to the last camera viewed. Currently it comes up to the same camera every time. Unfortunately it was a luxury suite for someone else's dog. On our last trip to South America, we had limited and slow internet access. Waiting for what we knew was the wrong dog was frustrating, especially when we lost connection soon.
A better resolution camera would be nice too, especially in the indoor play areas where our grey baby blends in with the cement floor so well.

Camp Counselors at the front desk are always friendly. My puppy LOVES going to CBW. Her tail starts wagging the moment we get out the car. I can tell she likes it there because she takes off running to them when we walk in the door. That's a great sign! They offer daycare, overnight boarding, enrichment, baths, and other services. Thank you for taking such good care of my Chloe!

Friendly staff. Careful care of my dog. Great communication. When I was close to running out of food while boarding they were proactive and worked with me on a solution. My dog is always happy to go for playdates

Love the concept of the business. Liked that I could have my dog come in and be evaluated for future stays at any location. Liked that there is a flat rate and my dog had endless play. The Webcam is super awesome! Your staff was super friendly and appreciated their interaction with my pet.

Everyone is friendly and does a great job!! caring for our two dogs in daycare. We really like this place and it’s close to where we live. Our dogs enjoy coming here. The hours are great!! We like that we can bring our dogs for half days when needed.

My puppy is very shy! He’s a great boy and super smart but he really needed to work on his social interactions with other dogs. He’s been doing so much better since camp started! I love watching the cameras and getting to see him interact live with the other dogs. I also love the staff so far, everyone is great.

The staff at Camp Bow Wow Avondale make my little girl feel very welcome. They treat her just as if she were their very own. The staff communicates very well to me when I am out of town and when I pick her up, she’s had her bath and is fresh as a daisy!
