The facility is always clean. The workers there really care about your pet. They are friendly. I can't praise them enough. I know that when I bring my dog over he gets all excited and just loves it there! They offer all kinds of services also which I like. And it is reasonably priced which is great!

Very caring of "campers" in their care. My Labrador loves the personalized snuggle times (twice a day) - a one on one with a staff member. Top of my list - I know my pet is is safe, happy and is in very capable hands.

Our dog is always so happy to go to Camp Bow Wow. She literally whimpers with excitement. Everyone there is always super friendly, and they love to see Luna (our dog). It's a clean place, well run, and the prices are very fair. We especially enjoy using the online reservation feature.

The staff is very friendly and my dog Belle was happy to go back for her stay after her interview day. I like the option for enrichment sessions as she is an older dog and benefits with more one on one time. She also wore her festive bandana proudly even though she doesn't really care for baths.
I also like how easy it is to schedule and that I can check the camera to see if my pup is having fun!

Staff are always friendly. Facility’s always clean and fresh smelling. Sophie loves everyone there, Boogie is a bit timid but he’s getting there. I feel confident that they’re well cared for and I don’t have to worry. I drive about 40 minutes to bring them and it’s worth the drive. It’s like leaving them with family.

I really like the kind staff and the amount of time they give the dogs to play together and tired each other out. Many other kennels give the dogs no playtime or only one short walk per day for enrichment. Here, I know my dog will be happy and tired by the time she settles down for the night. And even in her small room, she can see other dogs and not feel entirely alone. I also like that I can check in on my dog through the camper cam if I miss her while I'm traveling.
That the dogs are in day care all day when boarded and that you can schedule online. Also the area they are kept in at night is a good size.
Pets appear to be treated well and come home tired from exercise . easy to schedule boarding times and care spaces are large and seem comfortable as exhibited by pets behavior when taken home
I like that I can make reservations online, that I'm able to secure a recurring spot effortlessly, your games for free giveaways, the pictures you post on Facebook, the care you have for the dogs, and your webcams!
