Customer service and care for campers.
The people at Camp Bow Wow have made a great first impression on my husband and myself. Keiley in particular who shows such excitement to see Thelma when she's dropped off. I love that it's so easy to launch the webcams to see Thelma playing. Not knowing what goes on behind the scenes, I'm hoping that if Thelma or any dog over exerts, there's a quiet place they can be put to cool off and nap especially as the temperature gets warmer.
We're new to Camp Bow Wow, but we're happy and Thelma is having a great time!

Molly is well taken care of and not locked away all day in a cage. Staff is always watching during the day. Love that I can see her on camera and know she is ok.

Very friendly staff that was patient while we helped my dog to adjust to her new surroundings. I was really nervous about leaving her anywhere because she is a newly rescued pitbull from a shelter but they were reassuring and very informative. I knew my baby was in good hands when I left and she was so happy/tired when she got to come home.
We so appreciate all of the staff and the care they provide our fur-baby. They treat her with love, affection and care - almost as if she were their own. The staff is always friendly, courteous and very willing to help and provide assistance. We take every chance we get to let others know about Camp Bow-Wow Lawrence.
Great services and great staff!
The people that work here seem to actually care about the dogs. When I had gone to other day cares, the workers seemed exasperated to deal with customers and pretty much ignored the dogs. There was not adequate room for the dogs to play and they all seemed stressed. Camp Bow Wow had plentiful room for my active breed to romp around and they even had places for him to go outside. I also loved how I could check in on my dog. I can’t say enough good things about Camp Bow Wow.
Like that the staff know the individual dogs and their personalities. Also appreciate the flexibility of being able to bring our dog for a full or 1/2 day.
It’s a very personal service where the employees greet my dog by name every morning and have a nice recap when I pick up at night.
Best part is the cams. People are awesome.

Everyone at Camp Bow Wow is so committed to my dogs' happiness. The cameras are so fun to peek in on during the day. My dogs are always happy to go to CBW.
I have complete confidence in Camp Bow Wow when I have to leave my pet there. I like that there are cameras there showing the dogs at play. Although I would like a bit more of a personal touch with a report on how she is doing each day she is there, or a snapshot of her at some point, I understand that they would not be able to effectively take care of the dogs if they were taking pictures each day of their dogs.
Staff is always courteous and nice and they all seem to have a love for animals.

My lab had issues at a DIFFERENT boarding facility. Kennel rage, they said. NEVER had a problem at Camp Bow Wow. They truly know how to make a skidish dog comfortable.

Charlie was well taken care of when we were out of town. He loves playing with the other dogs and the staff is very patient with him. We love how clean the facilities are and how friendly and knowledgeable the staff are. Normally Charlie is very shy but before he left, he said bye to the staff and we were so excited to see that. His medicine and supplement was given on schedule and we have no complaints. He was a happy and tired dog when we picked him up. Charlie will be back in September!

There is not much harder than picking the perfect place to board. I love the interview process! I love the way you check records! I love the way you have very specific requests including collars and identification! I love being able to take a peek on the cameras! Your crew is professional and obviously love what they do. I am not at all worried about leaving my furry kids at Camp Bow Wow in Kemah!
Easy access from the street, knowledgeable staff, our dogs had fun playing/interacting with staff & other canines, staff was friendly and management interacted with me both during drop-off and picking up of our dogs, clean environment.
