I like the classes I have been to and the team work hard but every trainer is different and there is no coordination identifying the class members and their needs so each class is completely different. This is confusing for the customer. I appreciate this is early days.
30 minute sessions
Very friendly, great expertise. Classes at regular intervals throughout the day. Booking app makes it really easy to organise and it's easy to cancel if necessary.
The wide range of classes means that there is something for everyone, all ages and fitness levels are provided for. However, it is the friendly atmosphere and fantastic staff that set you apart from any other fitness centre. Your attention to client's needs and goals is unparalleled. I tell everyone how great you are all the the time!!

Convenient, and a good way to enjoy personal training without the pressure of one-to-one sessions
It's so convenient and quick. I'm busy and this fits in perfectly with my schedule. Sometimes I'm free in the morning and sometimes afternoon or evening. It's difficult to have to book ages in advance and take time out to exercise. It's inspired me to change my diet and lose weight too. It's like having a personal trainer and I need to be pushed.
Personal training
The group trainers are fantastic, they motivate you and are very welcoming. The classes are great as each sessions is different so you don't get bored and you can feel that it is working.

Lovely staff, short classes and I liked that there were only 4 people in the class as it meant the instructor could really help us all.

Good time keeping. Great trainers (Some better than others). Good App. Bad communication with Awards systems and app changes. Bad music. Cramped changing areas.
