I like Everything about power plate and about all the people working there.
It's nice and fun and not boring and everyone is so nice.
BUT the hygienic part.........
Cleaning the studio is not the PTs job but the owner should get a cleaner to do the job.
The dust and hair under the power plate is not a nice thing to see.
Plus the floor of the toilet is always dirty.

Pretty much everything! It's perfect for me. It keeps me motivated with instantly visibly results and I love the range the classes. All the instructors are great, so helpful and patient!
I love the trainers, feels like a boot camp ...no excuses and always feel as if it has made a difference.
I think it's great that there is now new equipment
I miss the reward points ...not for the value but bizarrely it acted as an incentive for me...loved racking up those points.even this questionnaire says that you get 20 for completing it!

I liked the personal approach. I thought John was great. The lady who did my facial also had a great manner and the trainer who took the Fastone class was very good in ensuring we were doing the exercises correctly. I would definitely become a member if this was over to where I lived. Sadly travelling to St Margaret's to go to a gym isn't practical for me.
