Classes are powerful but nice and short. So it’s easy to squeeze a workout, even in a busy schedule. My weekly routine has definitely improved!

Really good class leader - encouraged us to push our limits in a positive (and not pushy) way. She kept an eye on form and made corrections. The class was challenging but never felt impossible and I didn’t feel harried. I’ve already recommended it.

I’ll try a few other classes at Rize before deciding how big a class pack to go for, but I will definitely sign up for more of these ones.

I probably won’t sign up to a monthly contract as it’s pushing my current exercise budget and I’d also want to sign up for some more dance-related classes than I think you offer.

I like the variety of classes and instructors. Right now you have the best mix of instructors and its better than ever has been.

However, you do need some more of the heavier dumbells and bags... as they are more men in the classes now and in general the regular ladies are now stronger. So you need more 6,7,8,10, 12 KG dumbells and more 15 and 20 bags. Or we don't improve...

I like it is so friendly and feels like you are a part of a small club. The PTs are helpful, makes exercising fun, and at the same time correct you, so you do the exercises correct
