Love the yoga sessions although it’s hard to relax when there is a boxing class going on below and a spin class next door with loud music. Joao is a great teacher but he does forget that we are beginners and gets rather grumpy that we can’t keep up. Renee his cover teacher, was a breath of fresh air, very patient and encouraging.
