The Orangevale club is a diffrent envrioment compared to many other clubs. What many say, the feeling of being here is like your nieborhood club feeling. Many are able to introduce themselves and carry on a conbersation weather near the pool or in a class upstairs.

The club is usually clean and well kept but it would be nice if someone could fix and dust the wobbly fans in the group fitness room .

Lots of equipment that you dont have to wait to use the one you intend to. I love the group classes too.

Love the pool! The Rockln pool deck is the best in the area. Also appreciate the friendly front desk staff.

I enjoy the variety of workouts that are available, such as shoot around basketball, treadmill and workout machines, plus swimming and relaxing in the jacuzzi.

Keeping it cool inside when it's hot outside and keeping it warm inside when it's cold outside. I would like to register one small complaint, however. People who set on machines and talk endlessly on their cell phones. I have seen people occupy a workout machine for more than a half hour talking on their cell phone. Other than that, I got no complaints.

I go to the one on Arden and find it spacious with plenty of room for ones chosen routine. The one in Midtown on Alhambra is small and cramped in comparison..I decided to go with a personal trainer and found her to be extremely knowledgeable in helping me with my issues.
I would highly recommend Isabella Hook if one feels stuck. I feel motivated to move again.

I absolutely LOVE your outdoor pool are, it's like a resort. I love all the extras you offer, like hydro massage, I wish you had actual masseurs included too that would just out do all competitors and top you guys off. I wish you had more locations too, I like between Stockton and San Jose and it would be nice to have a club in each city. Overall, very nice environment, nobody pushy or bothering, I really love it. Best gym I've ever been a part of:)

I like the classes especially Zumba. All of the staff are very nice.

Chris the personal trainer is exceptional.

It doesn't matter what size you are, skinny , obese, fit, or full of muscles. Everyone feels confident and is determined to look a certain way. The open concept gym and staffing are all great. The many options of weights is great to have, 2 hr childcare (free), indoor gym, sauna, steam room and or wanting to cool off with the kiddos or just yourself with an outdoor pool/spa. Not to mention, plenty of classes to attend from spinning, body fit, zumba and much more.

It’s incredibly positive. The team members are nice and all the individuals at the gym are always willing to help spot or explain and exercise.

I went to Elk Grove Cal Fit for the first time and I was shocked at how packed it was at 3pm on a Tuesday. The equipment seemed to just be all over the place but luckily for me that’s not the closest one to my house. The Sunrise/50 location is just minutes from my house and I absolutely love it! I love the layout and how there’s equipment on the main level and the second level. Yes, the bathrooms and the facility doesn’t seem as new but I’m happy that I don’t have to wait turns using the equipment.
