The number of gyms to choose from, locations are great and the classes are really, really great! The locker rooms are clean and well supplied and staff are helpful and friendly.
The best things about this club are:
1. layout of cardio equipment
2. layout of machines
3. layout of free weights
4. love the body fit area, equipment
5. love the group fit room
6. used to love the spin room but I don't use it much anymore. I do have friends that still use the room daily
7. love, love, love the natural light. That is a big deal. You don't feel like you are working out in a cave which is how I feel at the Roseville club.
8. really like the area between spin and group rooms for stretching, rolling, etc.
9. always a good group on the racquetball courts
10. love the dry sauna

This club could be a bit cleaner, fresher.
The Orangevale California Family Fitness facility is well maintained with a full array of fitness equipment and activities available for gym patrons. The staff is friendly and do good work.
Friendly and helpful staff, good overall vibe
central location close to freeway, ample easy parking, nicely remodeled, love the heated room for warm to hot yoga. Trying to do yoga in a cool room doesn't lend for good muscle stretch, so I'm super glad this option now exists.

Its upbeat vibe and fresh positive attitude and outlook offered by staff when greeted. Good selection of classes and times offered but would enjoy more cycle class options.
Very clean, friendly helpful staff. A wide variety of classes and workout equipment, it’s close enough to home for me to ride my bike. I really enjoy the club all members I’ve encountered are very respectful!
I like how the instructors are so nice and very involved with their classes. It makes taking classes so much more enjoyable! The front desk staff also greet you every morning!

Nice staff. The young kids at the front desk for check in are very nice, nicer than other clubs that I go to. Clean and I love the classes and that classes get changed and added. Happy they added Aqua!!

I like it’s beauty, friendly environment, tidiness and the machines. It is very big too meaning that you don’t get bored even if you do the work out all day. These are the reasons I have been with you for the last 7 years and will continue to have your membership until I live in Elk Grove. I truly enjoy the workout in your gym.
No fuss. People are there to work out and small venue is nice. In and out. Just wish tv’s worked better and it didn’t take so long for equipment to get fixed
