It’s clean, the childcare is great.
Downtown is a more adult environment with more of a focus on the central city worker. Good array of workout options. Fewer crowds and less demand on equipment and weights, which is very desirable when workouts are often during the work day. Separate facilities for men and women. Towel service, so that you don't have to drag a wet towel back to the office.
The kids club is amazing and all the staff that work it are great

Nice size. Plenty of options for anyone want to improve. Could be a little cleaner. Has always been spotless but with lack of employees you notice it is not as clean.
