Glad its finally back open.

I've been a member at the Roseville club for quite a while. I really look forward to a light weight workout and participating in the weekend spin classes. Both Michelle and Joe are excellent spin instructors, very motivating. The employees that work at the front counter and the gal from housekeeping are always friendly. My only complaints are some members bringing their gym bag onto the workout floor and the filthy white walls heading into the men's locker room.

There is a variety of machines to choose from and I feel like I work out longer because it is so diverse.

I attend Shaun Ma's Kickboxing class three times a week at Carmichael and I love it! Shaun makes all of us feel welcome and we have a great time. He has designed the class so that it has become a full body workout. We have a warmup, then cardio, some work with weights and finally a tai chi type cool down. He is an incredible instructor who knows how to motivate his students. As a former teacher, I understand how important this is for a student's progress.

I appreciate Rachel and Drake's friendliness at the front desk. I also feel Heidi does a fantastic job. She's always working hard, cleaning and keeping everything sanitized.

Clean comfortable easy to get to parking is great. Friendly staff. When will classes start again missing that part.

It was nice having Cal Fit so close to my home. I can walk!

Everyone is considerate. The daycare is what drew me in and nthe people working inside have helped acclimate my son so much.

It's clean and spacious. You don't have to wait for a certain machine since there many to choose from.

I joined the club on Fairoaks Boulevard in 1994 and I am still a member of this wonderful gym. Everyone is friendly from the desk down to the people ,to the classes, to the cleaning staff.
I have enjoyed many years of going to the California family fitness original place. I hope you will keep this location open forever.
I do wanna thank you for the new umbrellas and lounges that were put outside in the pool area, however I do have a negative comment that when you walk from the pool down the backside of the building to get into the gym to the showers it’s very dirty with cobwebs everywhere dead branches dirty walking area. I feel it needs to be cleaned up. That is just a suggestion.
Otherwise, I am very happy with Shawn in the kickboxing class and other instructors. It would be wonderful if we had more water aerobic classes during the day at this particular club. Again another suggestion may be for next year.

Small, friendly place but I remain sad that you covered up the spa in the locker rooms - they were so relaxing and easy to use. Now its just an eyesore.
