I’m usually in around 5:00-6:00…run in the treadmill … it would be nice if the TV’s on the walls had different options. CNN… Fox… local news… same shows on multiple TV’s
How about the MLB game on one TV? Contractually unable to do it? I see hockey… basketball…

So far I only attend yoga on tuesdays but I love Melissa and the class. It’s amazing.
Great classes like Barre and Yoga, but we need more. Wed Barre and Sunday Yoga very crowded. Why are there two Yoga classes on Tues at Watt and one overlaps a strength class!

The facility has a lot of equipment that I like to use and the staff is knowledgeable and helpful.
Accessibility. Lots of equipment. Many fabulous classes. The Leslie's 5:30 strength class at Sunrise is the best class I've ever taken. She is a very gifted instructor. She makes torture fun!
The staff at front desk are wonderful. Yesterday I had to go in to change my billing information. I wish I could remember the young man’s name to compliment him.

The Faculity is clean and space is generous as well as having enough equipment where I didn’t have to wait long to use any of the machines. The staff is great, members are easy to be around as I do my work out, and there are many new work outs I haven’t tried yet. Great gym!
