Friendly front desk, clean and well maintained except for one shower head. Only drawback at all the clubs are the members who forget to bring their mother to pick up after them - paper on the floor, empty shampoo containers left in showers, - and those who track water throughout the locker room. Then there are those who don't re-rack their weights and when they do it is not done properly. Rising cost is also a concern given the cost of other clubs.

Friendly. The moment you walk in the door you’re greeted with a friendly smile and welcome. Staff does a wonderful job. Brandon does a wonderfully outstanding job at overseeing the staff and faculty. He does what he can to make sure things are clean (because you have some pigs that come). He responds to equipment needs. The Bond road gym is OUTSTANDING. Proud to be a member there. The personal trainers are every good from what I see and hear. Four of them that I observe from time to time are excellent. Bond road gym is my gym that is one of the many reasons I find it so easy to attend 5-6 days a week. Keep up the good work. That guy has everything you need.

What I like the most is that the equipment is clean and in good working order. The Elk Grove location is my favorite due to its smaller size and well placed equipment layout.

Have been a member on the Bond Rd. facility in Elk Grove for a very long time.

The problem I'm starting to have is reporting equipment that needs repair but, 10 to 14 days later not reparied.

I have a suggestion. CFF needs to make up a chart of each piece of equipment to let members who use the facility a minimum of 3 days a week check off what they are using. The paying members are telling CFF what they use and what is needed.
Example is the new "MEGAMX" machine sitting in the area close to the racquet ball courts. I use the facility 3 days a week between 2 to 3 p.m. But, upto now I've not seen one individual try to use that new machine. An additional Smith machine would be nice.

As always, friendly members and staff.
However, have been waiting since COVID ended for for a morning cycle class! Will not drive after dark and I really miss the classes as use to attend four a week. Last year I tried the evening class that ended in the dark and as leaving the second one I attended, I was broadsided by a pick up on Warren Drive. Fortunately I was not hurt but have never attended a class since!

Cal Fit Greenhaven has a very relaxed and non pretentious workout atmosphere. The manager and staff are very friendly and available for checking in and answering questions...very responsive. The members are very serious about their workout routines but are friendly and interact with each other. There is a good mix of long-time members and new members starting their workout journey.
The club is fairly clean and for the most part, supplies are well stocked. The layout of the facility allows members a more private work out environment if they wish and the equipment is well kept.

Very friendly people at front desk . 🤗Clean environment. Love Jamie , who teaches the aqua classes. Many of us have arthritis and orthopedic surgery and can ONLY do water exercise. We REALLY need at Least 1 more class a week. Please!! There’s consistent attendance of 15-20 + people, men and women who are only able to exercise in the water and because of the exercise able to have joint replacement surgeries and recover. There are no classes at Palm Dr gym..,we only have you nearby!
