I enjoy all the classes I take. The instructors are very encouraging and make class enjoyable. I’ve met such nice people there too. Front desk staff always greet you.

It’s an all around facility, meaning it has classes, equipment and facilities for resistance, cardio, and acqua workouts and steam/sauna jacuzzi for relaxation and therapeutic benefits.
I like to see that the ladies locker room is kept clean.
