I love the variety of workouts I can do everyday.

I live in Elk Grove but when i visit my friend I love this gym because it has all of the amenities anyone could want at a gym and it’s clean!

The club has a very upbeat positive vibe. I enjoy the many class options available for seniors. My trainer, Nathan, is personable and encouraging and has developed a program that fits my needs and current level of fitness, while at the same time challenges me.

Love the classes.

It's near my home, The hours of Body Fit fit my workout routine. I like my Personal Trainer Alex and participate in Body Fit and personal sessions with him. Alex provides clear instruction, offers a variety of other routine, should you have the need. He knows everyone's fitness level and their fitness goal. Alex is the best!

The equipment is great & so are the multiple locations! The one drawback is the Body Fit training. It's at the worst time and interferes with my workouts. I'm not allowed to use that equipment or area during that time. I have to go to Carmichael instead when I want to strength train. When I pay my dues, I think I should be able to share the equipment.

I love the pool and spa area. I swim in spring, summer and fall. I work the torture machines inside during winter. But, also enjoy marinating in the spa, as well. But, the best part of Cal Fit is the friendly and helpful staff.

Nice staff and equipment is great! Love the pool and spa as well. The gym and locker room are clean and in good order.

I like that there is a lot of exercise machines to use. I usually go a little early to miss the crowd, but even if it does get busy, I do not find myself waiting to use a machine or equipment. I also like the discounts given for the plans. I also like the variety of equipment.

I love the community feel of this club. There is a lot of natural light, a good amount and variety of equipment.

Facilities are clean and upkeep is attended to. Staff is always willing to answer questions. Staff members also offer greetings as someone makes their way into the club and farewells on one’s way out. Fitness classes are energetic and well-led.

Friendly staff, and most of the patrons are also friendly. And it is big enough, and has plenty of machines, etc. that I can always get a good workout in an hour

I love the low-key energy of Cal Fit Midtown. Everybody is really nice and approachable. There are a lot of different age groups they use this club, so everybody fits in. The staff is great and the I love the sauna.
