Plenty of classes to attend. Variety of exercise equipment. Close location to where I live.
Unlike other gyms, CalFit members go to the gym to workout! The positive and dedicated energy is contagious and pushes me harder.
One note, at Roseville location, StairMaster and Life Fitness ellipticals are by far the most used cardio equipment, often all being used, while other machines are used once a day or less. Please expand Life Fitness ellipticals (they have the best stride out there unlike other brands - i.e precor and matrix which have an awkward stride somewhere between elliptical and StairMaster, no one uses them)

Friendly staff. Certain hours have a lighter crowd (less people, not skinnier). Always available parking.
The front desk staff os great. Its kept clean by a hardworking woman. Maintenance isnt great though. Need more mats in the womens shower area so we stop slipping and nearly falling

Quiet vibe and friendly people. Staff are friendly and always helpful. The place is always clean even while using the equipment staff are picking up and cleaning awesome. Definitely a family environment.
Close to home I can find times of the day when it’s not super crowded and I can use the equipment and rooms that I want to use. Staff is always friendly.

Most employees are courteous & thoughtful. Been going to Cal Fit for 22 years. Swimming laps all year round. Lap pool is always clean.
