It's big but always something to workout on. I always feel welcomed when I come in
I initially joined for the heated pool after I experienced a back injury and the gym I belonged to at the time was less than empathetic for the pain I was in. They refused to allow my daughter (10 yrs old) to be in the pool area (not even in the pool - just waiting on the bench while I was in the pool) with me, even though I needed help. Cal Fit staff was kind, encouraging and supportive and although I have been recovered from the injury for a couple of years now, the kind and helpful treatment I received at the time I was most in need left a lasting impression.
I love that all the employees always seem friendly and happy to be at work. I also love being able to get a good workout in a cool and relatively quiet environment.
Staff are friendly and very customer service oriented. Even though it's an incredibly large gym, service is always personalized.
