Lots and lots of a wide variety of equipment. The place is very very clean and I love the GIT class with Prestom Miller. Totally entertaining while working on the machines. Lots of perks, too!!!

Great staff, downtown gym is awesome with layout and equipment. Since California Fit has opened more gyms it's become a lot less overcrowded which is great.

Cleanliness

This review is specifically for the Citrus Heights location. I have never felt so welcomed in any gym as I do here... The other locations could learn a few things from the employees here. Within the first week of joining the employees at the front desk and Kids Klub knew my son my name and always seem geninuinely interested in what he has the say (which is a lot). He recently took swim lessons with Mallory and she was absolutely fabulous.. A true blessing with tons of patience when managing his abundance of energy. I love attending Yoga and Pilates and I am thankful to have found Bernadette, I travel to many locations just to take a class with her. Thank you for having such an amazing gym that is appealing to many aspects of life, definitely worth my money.
