Friendly, great club.
There are many things about the club that I like and enjoy.
1 - First is the attention to detail and cleanliness. It is a pleasure coming to the BAC since it is maintained in excellent condition including the locker room, showers, etc.
2 - The availability of Les Mills virtual cycling. I only occasionally have the opportunity to use this feature, but it is a very nice option when my schedule changes and I cannot attend the “in person” sessions with Sarah
3 - The instructor led classes for Arms/Abs, Sprint and RPM. These are really great ! Thanks to Sarah they are always exciting and motivating the attendees to push themselves to the limit.
4 - The receptionist team has been well chosen. They great us with an enthusiastic smile, know our names and I feel more like working out when I am starting my visit to BAC with people that feel like they are part of my family
5 - Jill ! She is so happy to be part of BAC and it shows and she always spends a few moments greeting me and we joke with one another about Patriots, life, etc. I like the interaction the staff volunteers a lot.
6 - Shaun. He takes such good care of us in terms of maintenance and improvements and is always smiling when I see him.
The bottom line is all of these aspects of the BAC work to make it a wonderful place to work out. But there is one thing missing and that is Pilates, so I am hoping we can realize the current plan to bring it back in January as I realize how much I need this form of exercise to maintain overall body health and wellness.

Staff are awesome, super knowledgeable. They are invested in teaching members how to maximize their workout experiences. The facility is spacious, clean and has pretty much everything you could want in a gym- great pool, women's exercise room, sauna, big cardio room, weights, HIIT, etc. I love the classes (especially the Leslie mills ones) and the instructors are great guiding you through the classes- offer modifications, maintaining proper form, etc. I have been a member at many gyms and this is by far my favorite, hands down!

The steam room continues to be needing better cleaning. I mention this most times and little is done. At least once every 2 weeks there is a raw sewage smell in the drain outside of the steam room
