The staff, the up dated and maintained equipment. I try to go at a time that is convenient for my program and get in and out in in the time I allow myself. I have been able to do that. Also the location just off 128 is very convenient.

I found your staff warm and professional. My initial contact was with Alex who was friendly and responsive in helping me purchase some training sessions for a friend. I then had an evaluation with Maddie for myself. I was very impressed with her knowledge and thoroughness. Both Alex and Maddie provided excellent customer service and follow up.

I basically just use the pool for lap swimming: like the salt water filtration system! ...as well as the large open space and all the windows/doors on 3 sides....all the light in the room: that's just fantastic!
What I DON'T care for is that only 2 lanes are open when various classes and activities are scheduled. It's not easy - or relaxing - to have to share lanes with someone. I certainly wish a minimum of 3 lanes would always be available for lap swimming.
Nice community feel. Machines are systematically upgraded.
