The space is accommodating for many needs, if I would like to work out in private there is a women’s work out room. If I need space to do my warm up/cool down, the gym is almost always available. Having a physical therapy clinic in the building is amazing that not many gyms have to offer. The gym atmosphere is very welcoming also!

It is an intimate, attractive facility with windows that look out on a pleasant view. It is also rarely crowded and the members are generally cordial (not to much loud grunting).
