Great customer service, clean gym, classes are excellent the teachers know their stuff (they aren't winging it). The overall atmosphere is caring and genuine.
I went to two other gyms (due to moving to Malden for a short time) and the class teachers were either grumpy, rude, or clearly winging it. There was no sense of community.
Also, something out of the gyms control, the type of people that go to the BAC are much different. I haven't seen any Meatheads (for lack of a better term). Even the attendees of the gym are genuine and caring. It's my favorites gym and I've yet to find another place like it.

Ron is a great guy, facility is clean and modern, they have the equipment I like, open 7 x 24. Nuff said.
Close to where I work so I don’t have very far to go. Less likely to just say “oh I’m now too tired to stop and work out” after a longer drive home. Very clean locker rooms for an athletic club. Have yet to have to share or wait for a lane to swim my laps.

Friendly staff, variety of programs, love the pool and the pool classes. One thing needing attention is the locker room showers - sometimes they feel slimy and there is an odor. Please concentrate on more frequent cleaning.

I have been working out in here for almost 12 years and I always enjoy been here... at the beginning I took classes... but now I am doing my own routine cause I hurt my hand and right knee.. so I visit the physical therapist once..learning from them and from the trainers I continue doing my routine and enjoying my workout... . the trainers are always available to help you when you have a question..
All this time I met people and I make friends.... so I feel like I’m in the right place!!

Must be something. I’ve been here for 31 years.
I like going in the morning because it is not crowded and I like the women's room. I would like to see more stationary bikes in the main gym since there are only 2 and always seem to be in use. Lately I have noticed loud conversations going on. Maybe signs could be posted to keep conversations to a minimum?? Seems logical since cell phone use is not allowed.

Dj is really helping me. I feel better in just two sessions. I like that he works the muscles with massage besides showing exercises. Really good experience so far
your staff is great and the club is very clean
I love the BAC! I told Andrew at the GBCC dinner this week that I wouldn’t think of changing. The number one reason is the people, always friendly and helpful. It’s a great value for all of the programs that are included.

Right now I only take Pilates classes at the BAC but my experience with the studio has been terrific. Beth Fielder is an amazing instructor! I always learn more about my body and practice after one of her sessions; her enthusiasm and energy are so refreshing! love it!
