People are great nice travel trailer. Kind of surprised how hard I was pushed to get additional insurance while there was no spare tire in unit. Felt it was a mixed message also noticed when I got home that the new battery nuts were not tightened any that the great water tank was full

Professional and courteous

While the inventory size was the biggest we'd seen and the price points were really good, it was the staff that really made this experience for me. Everyone seems to really care about their role in helping people find the best camper for their needs. From Jarrod in sales to Chris and Sof in finance, Alex in parts, Jessie in scheduling and Jake who did the walkthrough, everyone was amazing and made this somewhat overwhelming experience seem relaxed and manageable.

Good prices, nice selection and a very friendly staff.

Very friendly people. Had tech with the knowledge needed to quickly resolve our issue.

Loved my sales person and finance. Awesome walk through of camper. No one helped us to do the final hook up on our car and we were left alone to do that. We also didn’t know where they put the pin for the hitch so had to drive across the state without a pin which was nerve wrecking because it was a windy day.

Everyone was very nice

They were prompt and thorough with the work. The technician did leave my bathroom roof vent open and my cutting board unsecured on the counter, which could have caused an issue had I not seen them. But all-in-all, I'm happy with the service

Times that have been there have had a good experience with service. This time, 3.11.24, for a warranty service went in under their Keep You Camping (KYC) program, and it was a great experience for us. Had to replace rear AC and since in the bay asked of they could take care of an oil change to our RV as well. Fortunately they were able to get a unit and the work was all done by 6pm, same day!
Great service advisor as well!
