At first, I was very disappointed in your Service Department. But since I have had Ashley and Autumn as my representatives, I have very satisfied. They both are very personable and professional. They are empathetic and keep you informed as to progress. Before, my rig could sit there for days and I would never get updates or call backs (Randy). I wasn’t satisfied at all with Greg during my purchase. Once signed, he wouldn’t even talk to you. So, reluctant to move up.

Alyssa and Alex were both friendly and professional in helping us resolve an emergency repair on our Prime Time Avenger trailer which had its refrigerator fall out while driving.
Everyone was so friendly! We got extras on our Brinkley and they said it would take an hour that wasn’t the case lol we were there from 9:30 AM and we left around 3:30 PM. I also was hoping we could’ve got a picture with our truck and Brinkley but we were just sent on our way without that. But all around our experience was definitely a good one just a long way, so maybe prepare your people for that when they come through the door if they decide to add on extras, which hopefully most of them do🤗

The thing I like best about General RV is your service department. You guys are so quick compared to other RV Service departments. When I called to make a service appointment, you have one available in a few days. I bring the RV in and you diagnose the problem usually the next day and order the parts. When the parts come in, you quickly make repairs and return the RV to me. The only delay is waiting for the parts to be delivered, which is totally out of your control. The service technician that we have been dealing with is Brenda - and she is polite, courteous, knowledgeable and very efficient.

Your Service Advisor, Jordan, was spectacular. She took as much time as we needed to answer all of our questions and handled "ALL" of our issues, warranties, and concerns. You are fortunate to have her working for you.

We stopped at the Ocala location during our trip north from Naples, Fla and everyone there also treated us like "Gold".
Why would anyone buy from any other organization.
General RV must have a unique Human Resources Dept. They should be commended for hiring so many friendly individuals.
