Friendliness of staff. Clean facility. Love the instructors, therefore loving my practice. I know you have sent out an email to the membership to ask them to please respect the room by not slapping down mats and to avoid conversation but it seems that still a lot of people didn't read the email or have chosen to ignore it. Perhaps putting signage on the studio door would remind them to keep noise to a minimum. One of the reasons I come to yoga is for a healing purpose and there is nothing worse than someone coming in to set up beside you, slap their mat down and start complaining to their friend about her boyfriend. It is so hard to "let go" and be present when people are so disrespectful.

It smells amazing! The staff are super nice especially when I bring someone new. The teachers are very good at meeting people where they're at in their practice and are very inspirational and aprochable.
