well organized and the practice nicely done

Friendly, knowledgeable staff, great environment, added subtleties such as free tea, fruit, hair ties, face wipes and bobby pins. The array of class types is also a bonus - such as the drop in prenatal class. Lastly it is easily accessible with plenty of parking.

I like that the mat spots are all laid out on the floor, the instructors, the class open and class closed signs, the tea, workshops, hours of operation. I do wish you would have more non hot yoga classes though. Ashtanga more frequently, non hot yoga flow classes as well.

Clean change rooms, friendly staff, amazing service and having a place to go where I am encouraged to be the best me I can be.

I did not attend more than one program, so my answer is directed more so towards the class and instructor. The class was excellent, the instructor'a knowledge and skill left me feeling confident in the practise and welcomed, regardless of my experience level. A must for all mums-to-be!! Thankyou Dawn.

The types of sessions and instructors are wonderful; from desk staff as well. It is a very clean and comfortable facility.

Friendly, genuine, a lot of variety in classes; particularily the hot flow instructors try to make it new and challenging every time.

very easy and always there and open to help

The area is very nice. Spa like. The schedule is very flexible. I'm still a new student so I can't say much about the teachers but the one I met was pleasent and experienced.

I find the shower facilities VERY clean. I was getting a bit annoyed with the lack of 6 am classes, but you guys have recently added a TON of more classes and very different things. I love this yoga studio even more now.

I was impressed with the variety of classes, the staff and the studio.

I love the environment and atmosphere Yogalife Studios provide. Most importantly the instructors are highly engaged in their teachings and are not only motivating but very helpful through the practice.

The staff is amazing and so helpful. Brittany is fabulous and the best yoga guru in Edmonton. She links mind, body, soul and spirit into a wonderfully challenging flow series that de-stresses and resets the body's rhythm. Thank you for the experience to unwind and recharge.

I like that you confirm classes and remind your clients of their class the day of the registered class. I enjoy that there is a variety of classes to choose from. I also enjoy that you have beginner classes for people who do not do yoga.

People are friendly and Teachers are professional.

Clean, lots of times available, and peaceful. Love the tea room and that the classes aren't over crowded.
