I have only taken the prenatal yoga. I live in st.albert but enjoyed Emily's class so much last time I was pregnant, I booked again! She is an excellent teacher! I also really enjoy the atmosphere of the place!
I love the challenges. I enrolled in the 30
Day last year and again this year for the three month challenge. I do wish the studio was maintained more often. The hallways are often dirty/dusty. I also wish the noise level was controlled. Prior to class, I can often hear instructors voices (Amy) and it can ruin my pre-class meditative state.

great instructors who put together creative classes. I always feel like I had an intense workout. Excellent class times so I have no excuse not to go. Good location - near St. Albert - and the studio is beautiful. I appreciate the professional greeting I get when I come in.
