First I like how clean the studio is. The washroom is clean the hallway is clean and most important the yoga rooms themselves are very clean. Second, the teachers at yoga life are very friendly and willing to answer ones questions if they have them. Third, it is a great place to practice yoga. I love how all the classes are different depending on the teacher and it is not the same sequence every single class. The one thing that I do not like that has nothing to do with the studio itself but some others is the fact that some people talk in the quiet rooms. I think that the studio did a great job in addressing this issue in the past and it has gotten a lot better but sometimes you do have those chatty Kathy's. I really like this studio and will and also have recommend it to many of my friends and colleges.

I have tried many yoga studios around Edmonton over the past 8 years. None have been as inviting and friendly as yogalife. I like that there are so many great teachers who vary their classes for all levels of practice. I like how many classes you offer in a day and that you offer both hot and Hatha classes. You have very reasonable prices and the little things such as having hair elastics and towels in the change room are subtleties that make yogalife an easy stop on the way home from work. I also really appreciate that I can attend with the south or the north location on the same pass. The points system has been a great way to bring friends to class and maybe try a new class. Really, I haven't found a better place to practice. Thank you!

I really like how quick it is to just scan in and step inside.
It is a beautiful place to go to and I love drinking the tea before going into hot yoga.
Very clean and love the extra things you stock in the bathroom.
Your instructors are great and always give alternatives to different positions.

My greeting when I walked into the studio for the first time was welcoming, warm and professional. The class was centred on both the spiritual and physical aspect of the practise, and I really enjoyed the general energy of the space.

Everything about this studio is great! I have been to a bunch and this is my favorite!
