Friendly, non intimidating environment. I feel welcome in all 1-2 classes, even though I am not very experienced. I have also been fortunate enough to speak to one or two instructors about my injuries and they are very open to modifying. Very nice atmosphere.
Very friendly. There are showers and lockers so I can shower and then go to work. Lots of different classes and time to chose from.

Your drop in format fits perfectly with my shift-worker schedule, and I love the variety I can enjoy, depending on how I feel, or my practise goals.
Yoga makes you feel good no matter if you are a beginner or you practice every day. I really appreciate the points I gain from going to classes so that they can be used to give other people an opportunity especially those who are interested in going but might not go otherwise because the price of a drop in deters them or they are afraid to try. I appreciate constantly learning to refine triangle pose, side plank, downward dog, and be able to learn more about the eight limbs of yoga and their subsets, and be non-attached but to try to challenge myself with poses I still can't do yet like hand stand and full wheel bow.
I love the 6am yoga classes on weekdays!! Please, please, please keep them 5 days a week in the fall.

The facility is well maintained and nice. Having the option of hot or non-hot classes at one studio is a key factor for me. The information and organization of the website is very good. I also like having variety in instructors so that each type of class isn't always the same. I especially like the happy hips class!
