I love the atmosphere and energy of the studio. The instructor was fabulous. I can't wait to come back for my second class tomorrow! It might have been a good idea for someone to suggest I take the Hatha Foundation class first (as this was my very first yoga class) as I didn't feel the class allowed for too many questions (and I had several regarding how to do the poses properly without injuring a chronic lower back problem). I will take the foundation class tomorrow though. Over all I love the experience I had and would definitely recommend this studio to my friends and colleagues

It's a calm environment. Instructors are approachable and non judgemental

GSR's are very friendly and helpful, It makes a difference when they greet you at the door and use your first name, that tells me that they take their time to get to know each customer and make us feel comfortable being there. A sense of belonging is present every time I enter through the yogalife door. The instructors are amazing, can't even pick a favorite as every single one of them offer something different that I can benefit from and therefor create a balance. The variety of classes offered is fantastic. Especially happy that I can also now enjoy the prenatal classes however I don't think there should be an extra cost for the students that already have monthly auto renewal payments like me.
