What do you like about our services?

Studio is inviting, roomy and atmosphere is not happy and not snobby.

I prefer instructors that have difficult classes that flow through movements, rather than to be choppy. An instructors class I went to way back was fabulous and amazing and attended her classes a few times lately and I find them lacking structure and hard to follow.

What do you like about our services?

Convenient, clean, friendly staff, overall schedule, etc. I just wish warm-flow was at 5pm at least once a week...but I'm sure that's not popular enough so I understand! Or maybe warm-flow could start at 430pm once in awhile? It's tough to leave work in time to be there. Thanks for considering!

I like that it has clean floors. I like the little touches like hair ties and Bobby pins in the womens washroom. I like the face wipes they provide.

It's clean and well thought out in terms of space.Very serene and relaxing.The instructors were descriptive enough that I was able to follow the class relatively easy (for the first time out that is).

What do you like about our services?

The yoga studio smells wonderful. I have only participated in a few yoga classes and the other studio I attended did not have mood lighting, nor relaxing music and the studio smelled like sweat. Yogalife has a pleasant atmosphere and the staff and instructors seem great. My first impressions have been very positive. The business appears to be well maintained and clean.
