Just took the first class so far but found the front desk person warm and helpful; instructor set a welcoming tone to the course and appears to be a good instructor who wants to support the participants personal goals.

I like the hair elastics you provide, the tea lounge, the knowledgable and open instructors.

Because this is a call for feedback, I think some things that could use improvement is the cleanliness of the showers, the use of recycling in your facility. I also firmly believe that "if you build it, they will come" and have started at a midday (1:30 class) several months ago. The number of participants has increased a lot! I would love to see 3:00 classes and more yin and relaxation classes offered overall.

Facility is very nice and very clean ... instructor was awesome and I used the showers and was surprised to feel very at home with the layout and the little extras you have like blow dryer, q-tips, makeup wipes etc. First time there and it was great!
