Love all of the classes and teachers. Since the new year though it is really hard to get into classes. They are all so full, as much as a week in advance. It is very frustrating to be paying for an unlimited membership but to not be able to go to classes.

I love the atmosphere and environment. I have been doing yoga for ~5 years and Modo is the best yoga instruction and environment I have experienced. I also love being able to sign up for classes to guarantee that you are not totally on top of other people in the class.

I have only just started but I am very impressed with the range of classes that you offer and the individual take on each practice by each instructor. It keeps the workout interesting and makes me excited to go back. It's only been a couple days but I have serious back problems and I am already noticing an improvement in my flexibility and a strengthening in my lower back. Thank you very much for your classes so far and I will see you tomorrow!
