I enjoy Barre class and Yoga 60 minutes. One improvement in barre class would be if the instructor was on a platform, it is difficult to see them demonstrating
Anyone who tells me they don't like hot yoga I tell them "no you have to try moksha before you say that!" I know too many people that have tried a bikram class and hated it, then decided they hate hot yoga. But your classes are different, everyone feels comfortable!
Yoga is a wonderful experience and the staff the guide the practices are awesome. I really enjoy coming to practice
