I like how clean it feels, smells and looks. How friendly everyone is. I like the tape on the floor so there isn't chaos in the room. I like the variety, yet consistency, of the practices between instructors.
Lately the music sessions have been terrific. I really appreciate the fact that musicians have been coming into the hot room and playing what has to be a pretty difficult gig!

I like how welcoming the community and instructors are. I appreciate that the teachers try to learn names and walk around for personalized attention. I really like the reflective portion of the class... when the instructor shares a quote or passage that is the focus of the class. It helps to bring thoughts back to the practice and the work we do together. Most of all, I like the encouragement to continue.
I love the Modo 60 class. I love getting to practice the poses and that they are the same every time. The instructors and great. It's such an inviting space.

The studio is always warm& clean. The staff are so friendly. They make an effort to learn your name & seem to care. I love the flow & modo 60 format. I love Phil's music & inspirations. The classes leave me feeling healthy & serene. For awhile Kirsty & Kristy were doing some almost military feeling fast leads & I did not enjoy that.
