The trainers at Orange Shoe in Fitchburg provide a personalized experience. They find out what each individual's unique goals, strengths, and baselines are and then create a fitness experience tailored to that person. And that's the experience whether it's one-on-one training, small group sessions, your first day, or your hundred and first day.
Also the trainers are just marvelous. They are a great a blend of considerate, kind, fun and inspiring. I did NOT want to start exercising, but I genuinely enjoy coming to my workouts at Orange Shoe and I'm seeing positive changes in my body and health.
