Easy to schedule with trainers and classes on website. Workouts are hard, but not impossible. Trainers are supportive, engaging and motivating! I love coming here and can't see myself ever leaving!
The personal trainers are very committed to your success, including not only helping you set and meet goals, but also ensuring that you stay healthy and injury free, in addition to helping you rehab from injuries/health issues when they do arise. The routines are varied and the group classes are fun because of the opportunity to interact not only with the trainer but others in the class.
I like the small classes that are always challenging and the trainers always motivating!
I Love working out with Greg in the morning. He is so energetic and positive. It makes coming in at 5am much easier! Oue group is fun and supportive and I look forward to coming everyday.

I like the highly expert trainers at Orange Shoe in North Center. I've been going there now for a couple years, and as a result am in the best shape I've been in a decade. They mix up the workouts constantly to keep it interesting - I'm still seeing new exercise I've never done before.
