Everything is very efficient. We can do almost any exercise imaginable in a small, personal space and get a great workout in
25 minutes. The group classes are small enough to feel more like a personally training session. All of the instructors have been great.
Both Erin and Brandon are great. Erin prepares workouts that have lots of variety and challenges. It is great to have workouts that do not rely solely on machines.
