Flexibility, can sign up on a class by class basis allows me to fit my Orange Shoe class in my schedule. Love the convenience of having the classes at work. And of course, the classes themselves - pushes me and every class is different.

Every workout is a different experience. I don't get bored. Also, with some exercises, you offer up options for conservative and more intense workout, depending on our fitness level.
