Daniel is always very courteous and helpful. Appointments are scheduled at my convenience and within a short time window. The treatments work well and we don't see a lot of bugs here. When we do, Daniel always comes back out.

Example = 30 minutes at 9 am on XX date.Seems the amount of time a routine pest control service takes is rather predictable(unlike plumbing or HVAC or electrical.) More like a cleaning service. We have a cleaning service come every other week Friday at 9 am. They are like clock work. Rare (5-10 minutes) early or late even with crazy Austin traffic.

Please excuse my letter, I am tired. You are hopeless to get rid of Migs! You all talk a big word,
but my Migs were stil in my home and in my office. You think that just because you spray
a couple of times, that is it. You need good solid training for the workers that do the
actuale work. They know little about their job. You probable do ok
on some cases, but
not at all on the real problems. you need to return my money now. it will prevent bad
poblisity for you and all your workers. Name removed
