What could we do to improve?

We have been a customer for a few years and have never had a problem but when the last appointment was set up I requested treatment on the inside. However the tech came at a time when we were not at home. My grandchildren are getting bit by something maybe ants. Please contact me for arrangements to come any day after 2 expect Thursdays. For the record I have never had a problem with your technicians, they are always courteous and professional.

How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

We were told by one person that spraying my mom's (who has asthma) she would be out of the house for 15 mins. The tech told her two hours to spray house and yard. We had to go with yard only and charged for both. The original issue was a dead animal under her home. Tech could not locate animal put out ordor bags, did not help. Set out a trap which caught a live animal. It was in cage for 4 days and after several phone calls tech came and left another trap. No more animals after that. Odor still string. I purchased odor bags and set those out made it better. Billing is another issue.

Very prompt with scheduling routine visits...never missing...anytime we have had other problems with pest on top of it...Bug Master treats for problem we are rid of them....feel like always looking out for us want to help with every pest problem we have had!!!

Your latest tech guy (Kyle M) is incredibly diligent at finding and checking all the bait stations, explaining what he's doing and why, and is very friendly and helpful in general. How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

I'm disappointed on so many accounts. It took three visits to get all the services that were agreed upon for the inital setup. Then there was a problem with some material that was used which left a huge mess. I'm frustrated and very dissapointed. All I want at this time is to cancel my service with The Bug Master and get my full refund of $178.61.
