Very friendly technician - I like that it's the same person every time. Also like the ease of receiving a bill in the mail rather than having to write a check at the time of service. And I like the email reminder that service is coming up so I can work it into my schedule for the week. Very convenient and hassle free continuing service!

Friendly office staff and staffers who do the actual spraying of our home and yard. I like that the work is guaranteed and you will come back if there is an issue. In all the years I have used Bug Master, I have only had to have a second visit once, and it was done quickly with no questions asked. Great service!

Pest treatments are effective and keep my house a bug death trap for the three months in between service calls. Office staff is well organized and the appointment scheduling and reminders are set at the perfect frequency. Technician is always timely, polite and friendly.
