For the last three years I have been the IPM coordinator for the Jarrell district and working with Scott Bounton and Lee Monocrief from the Belton area
Has made it so much easier .If the Bug Master service is this good throughout central texas I would recommend bug master .

How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

first of all: I did not get an email notice as promised previously. I thought we had an agreement to send out an email approximately 14 days in advance for proper planning on my part. I received a voice message on my phone on Friday evening, prior to my appointment on Monday morning at 8am. Not very happy with this.....
Second; I always pay Art Brewer at the time of his completion of a supposedly one hour appointment,(he was done in 30 minutes this time); today I received an invoice for payment. I will call tomorrow to clarify this matter. I don't know who keeps payment records, but this is poor customer service, not being able to post payments properly. Keep up what you're doing, and you'll be looking for new customers to replace your existing ones.

I think a proper way to show good customer support, would be to give me a free service treatment, the next time my house is due for treatment. I have voiced my opinion and disappointment the last 2-3 times you guys have been over and have heard nothing in return. I have been a faithful customer with you and the previous ownership for over 15 years now.

What do you like about our services?

Professional. Arrives at my home in the scheduled timeframe and I have had the same Service Tech for more than 2 years. Since using The Bug Master, insects, spiders, etc. have been dramatically reduced in our home. I will NOT switch to another pest control even if it is cheaper to do so. In my opinion they are the best.

What could we do to improve?

Eradicate our mosquito problem entirely.

Even within a day of our home being treated for mosquitos, we are still getting mosquito bites and have to spend more money after paying Bug Masters on mosquito repellents, foggers, tiki torches, citronella, and several anti mosquito devices.

How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

Well, the technician was very informative and polite to me and my wife and that is why I gave you a 3 instead of a 0. The reason for the low score is because, after the "spot treatment", I waited three days as directed by the technician and then opened the drywall to check for damaged wood, that is when I found more active termites in the exact spot that the technician was suppose to treat. Very frustrating, waist of my money and time. so I just treated it myself with some store-bought poison.
