The process of renting a tuxedo was much easier than I thought. The staff were extremely helpful and I was very pleasantly surprised that I could pick up my items within 48 hours of my initial fitting. I appreciated that my measurements were stored so that the process can be even smoother in the future should I need to rent a tuxedo again.

The manager at the telegraph canyon rd was AMAZING! When I arrived there were about 15 customers ahead of me with about 59 mins lefft to closing time and I asked her if would make it and she said she’s not going to leave until everybody has been taken care of. she took care of everybody even though it was way past closing time, we left over an hour after closing time and the most surprising think was that she was giving first class customer service with a smile on her face, joking with us, and having a great time. She wonderful; it’s hard to keep personnel like her; so whatever you have to do to keep her happy and at that store because she could be working any where else and perhaps making more money but she chooses to stay there.

Thank you to Claudia at the Rancho Cucamonga location. She was very pleasant to deal with on the return process. Also very accommodating and offered assistance on bringing in multiple tuxedos from my car in the parking lot. Great overall service.
