First and foremost, I am extremely impressed with the customer service I received from Marissa. She went above and beyond in helping me purchase a suit. She called me and let me know when it was ready and I was able to stop by so she could make sure it was hemmed the next day.
When I was in the shop, it was extremely busy but she handled herself and her staff with great professionalism. I would gladly recommend the Chula Vista Friar Tux to anyone that needed to rent a suit/tux or purchase. Keep up the great work.

The staff were great! They were all very friendly and extremely helpful! All three times I went in (initial measurements, final fit, and return), they were absolutely swamped with clients, but I felt that they valued my time and most importantly, my experience. At no point did I feel rushed or pushed aside while they helped someone else. The entire time, I felt that they truly cared about how I looked and ensured I had the right fit. 10/10 would recommend. The staff was great them seemed to be short staffed and were still able to help everyone.
The tux was beautiful but no way to tighten the waist, so the whole wedding party had to walk around using 1 hand to hold up the pants from falling down.
