Staff was extremely helpful
I just want to say that Brett is the reason we started going to this business and is the reason we will be returning over and over to this business. We are regulars of this tux shop and had a small mishap happen. A survey was sent so we expressed our concern. Let me just say within minutes of the survey Brett the regional manager was already contacting us. He was apologetic and sympathetic to the situation and assured us actions would take place. He explained things to us. But he’s where he really got us, he REMEMBERED us. He remembered my son name and his events. That right there made us feel important as a customer. He offered to make things right and would even come down to the store himself if we wanted him too. Beyond impressed. I’m glad to see Friars made him a regional manager, kudos to the company, with his leadership and perfect example of what great customer service is his region will be #1 in sales no doubt!!!! Thank you for making it right!! If I could give a rating of above 10 I would!!! We will be back!
Friar tux has great quality suits for an affordable price. The service is on oar with Men’s Warehouse but is almost half the cost! We were helped at the vista location and the staff was friendly and prompt. They accommodated our every need. I highly recommend

Everything fit the first time very professional
The entire operation was seamless. I left the tux a little dirty by accident, and they didn’t charge anything extra for it. Definitely would recommend.

The associates at the Friar Tux in Vista were excellent. The young man who measured and initially checked me in was also in the store when I picked up the suit, and he did a great job on both visits, answering my questions and making sure everything was just right. The young lady who accepted the return was also great; she was the only person in the store and was helping a big group pick out their suits, but she took the time to get the return checked in quickly and sent my receipt on email. I assume Friar Tux has high standards for their employees, and you can be sure that these two associates exceeded those standards. (The suit, also, was great, but your people are what made my experience a real success.)
