It actually wasn’t your product at all that I would recommend. The service I received by Kire in your Temecula branch was TOP NOTCH. He was knowledgeable, and professional. He went above and beyond. I rented two tuxedos for my twins for a wedding. The other man there, was the one who originally did the fitting. You can tell, he doesn’t like to deal with children which is fine but when you are in service sometimes the clients are kids. They deserved the best service and that was what they got when we came back into the store for final fitting and Kire was our associate. The other man measured my children to the wrong size. 3.5 inches too short. Kire took it in stride. He measured my boys again and even went back and hemmed them. I would come back just for Kire’s service again. When we need suits again, we will only be scheduling with him.

Lsrge selection. Liked that we were able to pick up on a Monday although the event was on Saturday of the same week. Salesman who helped select and fit my husband was so patient, kind and knowledgeable. Made my husband feel at ease
probably the best experience ive ever had when it comes to renting suits, mainly because of the guy who helped me. I forgot his name but he was on his game. he was communicative, was knowledgeable, knew what i was looking to do/get in terms of the fit and when i came into the store to pick it up it fit perfect. its always nice to be around someone who is good at their job. plain and simple. hopefully you can find the associates name via Order #: 01-118995
The best place hands down! My brother and I went in to rent tuxedos for his wedding and Cody was the guy that helped us and he’s the best he was very attentive and made sure we received every detail we asked for. He has an amazing personality and made the experience so much better. I will definitely be back

The guys that helped me were great. The store was busy and the two of them were working hard to help everyone as quick as they could. They helped recommend a couple resizing options when my initial suit came. I was really happy with my final look and I attribute it to the guys working.

Your staff was absolutely amazing! We worked with Troy Hernandez when selecting the items and placing the rental order, and with Cody on final fitting and return. Both of your employees were so easy to work with, knowledgeable, and had a great sense of style. Troy was patient and helped us design the color scheme of the suits for our wedding, which turned out so well. Cody was able to multitask and handle a very busy store without making anyone feel ignored. Cody gave me some great style tips which helped the detail of my look come out perfect.
Because of the great service provided by these two employees, I would ABSOLUTELY shop here again.

Everything was amazing! From booking our wedding, to fittings and final fittings! Kire, Jarred and the rest of the Temecula team were super knowledgeable and helpful. Everyone helped to make our wedding a breeze! The groom and groomsmen all looked so sharp, and dapper!
