Guy was willing to try to fix hem (son had outgrown measurements of pants after just 2 weeks). But even the tie we brought from another store, he was willing to stitch tighter for my younger son. He looked perfect after that. We were remembered each time we came and always made to feel welcome. Guy is THE ideal employee!

I was expecting a lot from Friar Tux. I got it. Some of the wedding party did have a few issues that were taken care of right away. My order was literally flawless. Fit perfect. Quality of tux perfect. Received exactly what I ordered. The compliments were numerous.

Good customer service but a bit disappointed with the return of the Tux as the wedding was in New Jersey and I was not able to ship back as stated on the website as the distance was to far? The site does not appear to specify this. I shipped it back Fed Ex. Other than that it was a good product and I will use them again!
The original jacket that was ordered did not fit correctly when it arrived. The associate was very helpful and ordered 2 additional jackets for me to pick up the next day. He wanted to make sure that I had a jacket that would fit. Very helpful from original fitting to pick-up and return.

Tux fit great looked very good
I think the Sales associate that fitted me for my Tuxedo was excellent. He took his time to make sure that the fitting was accurate and as a result, my suit fit me perfectly. At the event, I received compliments on how well I looked in that suit. The customer service and helpful staff at Friar Tux Chula Vista are great.

When I went to pickup my tux, the two gentlemen really knew their stuff and insured I looked my absolute best. They showed me how to put on the cuff links, the buttons on my shirt, and helped with the bow tie. They were very professional.
